22/7 Keisanchu (22/7 計算中 lit. Calculating 22/7) is a TV variety show by 22/7. It began broadcasting on July 7, 2018, with Season 1 ending on December 28, 2019. Season 2 began on April 4, 2020, and ended on December 26, 2020. The show aired on Tokyo MX Saturdays at 23:00. The MCs are the comedian pair Sanshiro.
Following the show's completion, a new TV Show was announced, 22/7 Kenzanchu.
Synopsis[]
The show featured the eleven primary idol seiyuu going around to locations and interacting from first-person point-of-view as if their anime characters would. The characters also discussed each other's outings in 3D CGI form as guests in the studio.
The majority of Keisanchu is not scripted, and mainly relies on the hosts and characters for improvisation and ad libbing.
The initial episodes had CGI character models for Sakura, Reika, Miyako, and Jun. The remaining four primary members, Akane, Nicole, Miu, and Ayaka were depicted at 2D standees in the studio before their CGI models were revealed as well.
Mikami, Yuki and Tsubomi were 2D standees until their CGI character models were revealed in the same order respectively.
