Emma Tsukishiro was born on May 22, in Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. Her nickname is "Emmatcha". As a digital seiyuu idol in 22/7, Emma portrays Mizuki Himuro via both voice acting and motion-capture physical acting. She is one of the 8 "Nananiji Chapter 2" members that debuted on February 27, 2022.

On December 12, 2023, it was announced that Emma would take a break from 22/7 and related activities starting December 23, 2023, to focus on her studies.[5] On February 11, 2024, it was announced that Emma would return from her hiatus on March 3, 2024.[6]
She once had lunch with former member Aina, and Aina commented that their ways of thinking are similar, so they clicked easily.[7]
